At iTeaworld, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for unopened items. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packages unless there is a quality defect.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Wait for Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the unopened tea products in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to ensure they are sealed and undamaged, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
